Milestones Community Living
Helping people live where they belong.
Our Purpose
Support that meets people where they are.
Milestones Community Living provides community-based support for individuals who are part of vulnerable populations and lack access to government-funded programs or the financial resources to pay for care.
Our goal is to provide the support vulnerable people to remain safely in their homes and communities - where they truly belong.
How We Operate
Built Around Choice, Quality, and Community
We partner with trusted service providers and give individuals the ability to choose the care that best fits their needs.
Through vetted partnerships and community collaboration, we ensure consistent, high-quality support while empowering individuals and families to make decisions about their care.
Who We Serve
We are advancing equality and inclusion.
We focus on three communities most often left behind by traditional systems of care.
Seniors
Many seniors face isolation, mobility challenges, and gaps in access to care. Our services help them remain independent and connected to their community.
Neurodiverse Children
Support for neurodiverse children often ends with the school system. We provide resources, safe care, and developmental opportunities so they can thrive beyond the classroom.
Adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Many adults fall outside waiver programs or face year-long waitlists. We provide the support needed to ensure dignity, stability, and inclusion.
Our Services
Practical help, designed around dignity.
Transportation Support
Access to medical, dental, and essential appointments. Removing one of the biggest barriers to care.
In-Home Support Services
Assistance with daily living including personal care, housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, and companionship.
Special Needs Childcare Scholarships
Helping families access safe, trained care so parents can work, attend school, and manage responsibilities.
Youth Camp Scholarships
Creating inclusive opportunities and life-enriching experiences for children with IDD.
Training for Childcare Providers
Equipping childcare staff with the skills to support neurodiverse children safely and effectively.
