Our services are designed to remove barriers, support independence, and improve quality of life for individuals and families who lack access to traditional funding or services.

Transportation Support

What it is: Reliable transportation for essential needs.

Why it matters: Transportation is one of the biggest barriers to care. We help individuals stay healthy and connected.

In-Home Support Services

What it is: Personalized support to help individuals live independently at home.

Why it matters: These supports allow individuals to maintain dignity, stability, and independence.

Special Needs Childcare Scholarships

What it is: Financial assistance for families to access childcare from trained staff who understands their child's needs.

Why it matters: Many childcare centers are not equipped to support neurodiverse children. These scholarships ensure children receive appropriate care while parents can work, attend school, and support their families.

Youth Camp Scholarships

What it is: Access to inclusive summer camps and enrichment programs.

Why it matters: Children with IDD gain access to life-enriching experiences that support development and inclusion.

Childcare Provider Training

What it is: Training programs for childcare staff on supporting neurodiverse children.

Who Qualifies

Eligibility Criteria

To receive services, individuals must meet the following criteria.

Be part of a target population

Demonstrate financial need

Up to 100% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Be located in Louisville with priority those living in our core service areas
